THE PROBLEM

The Healing Sanctuary specializes in various health modalities. They recently expanded their offerings to include cash-based services. Realizing the opportunities for this new revenue stream, The Healing Sanctuary invested in a new women’s health laser device. Dr. Jeffrey Baker and his team partnered with Spark to successfully market the new device. Their local market has multiple competitors who also offer women’s health services. With competition close to the practice, Dr. Baker needed to stand out and properly advertise these new services. Prior to beginning their partnership with Spark, a majority of their business had been from word of mouth referrals or local partnerships.

With the new device, The Healing Sanctuary needed additional support to ensure they were properly educating their current clientele, and new leads, about the available services being offered. The staff was trained so they would be capable of speaking confidently about the new services in a manner to convert leads into consultations.

Spark also partnered with Dr. Baker to develop a social media lead generation campaign. This campaign included targeted ads through Facebook and Instagram that reached thousands of social media users. Due to the sensitive nature of the treatment, Spark utilized marketing expertise and experience to create a campaign that reached the precise audience with competitive promotions and sensitive, treatment-related language. This campaign allowed Spark to promote Dr. Baker’s new women’s health services and produce leads.
